My Day Job
I have a day job which keeps me busy five days a week.  My husband and I own an auction company in Davie, Florida.  I'm a licensed auctioneer and a buyer of antiques and estate furniture.  I enjoy finding unusual items and researching them.  I've used my experience as a collector in my writing.

My Family
We're a small group.  My husband, Walter Thomason, is a writer also.  If you want to test your luck Vegas-style, read his best-selling books, Twenty-first Century Blackjack or Blackjack for the Clueless.  You can order them at www.amazon.com.

My son recently graduated from college. We're all still missing our family "pal" of 16 years, our Jack Russell terrier, Midge

Check out this link to Midwest Gaming and Travel Magazine.  Look who has articles in this month's issue.  Both me, to celebrate the upcoming release of DEAL ME IN and my husband, my personal poker expert.  If you live in the Midwest, pick up a copy.  They're free!

I love hearing from and meeting readers.  If you ever see me at a booksigning, come up and say hello.

Here I am with friends at their beautiful thoroughbred training facility in central Florida where I researched horses for my January, 2008

Here are pictures from the Moonlight & Magnolias conference sponsored by Georgia Romance Writers in Atlanta, Sept. 28-30, 2007
What a great conference!
